True Resources is seeking an experienced Head Chef to cover a 1-month stint at a regional Western Australian restaurant and hotel, from 5 October to 31 October. You will lead the kitchen alongside a Sous Chef, delivering pub-style meals and menus while maintaining HACCP and food-safety standards.
This role includes accommodation and meals provided, flights to Leonora covered, and travel arranged; residents of WA preferred; two shifts per day (Lunch and Dinner), Monday to Saturday.
