Looking for an experienced, competent, reliable and hard-working person to join our team. This is not an entry-level position — previous fencing or relevant trade/construction experience is essential.

Key responsibilities

- Complete fencing work on-site independently and without supervision
- Work outdoors and manage physical tasks related to fencing installation and construction
- Communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members
- Maintain attention to detail and take pride in finished work
- Look after tools and equipment
- Respect customers' homes and properties
- Represent the business well

About you

- Previous fencing experience or robust relevant trade/construction experience (essential)
- Hold a current driver's licence
- Have reliable transport
- Capable of working independently and being left on-site to complete work without supervision
- Able to communicate clearly and effectively in English
- Reliable, punctual and consistent
- Able to listen to and follow instructions
- Physically capable and comfortable working outdoors
- Hold an ABN and able to work on a subcontractor basis
