We are seeking a motivated and dependable Labourer / all rounders to join our team in a full-time capacity. This hands-on role offers the opportunity to work directly alongside our experienced crew, supporting the construction of premium concrete pools from the initial excavation right through to the final finishing touches.

Position: Labourer / Trade Assistant

n

About the Role

n

This is a full-time position you'll be involved in every stage of our pool builds, contributing to the delivery of high-quality results on site.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Preparing sites, conducting clean-ups, and managing startup tasks
n
- Assisting with deliveries and handling materials
n
- Managing stock and conducting inventory checks
n
- Performing general labouring duties, including manual handling, operating tools, and maintaining site organisation
n
- Supporting trades such as concreting, steel fixing, boxing (formwork), and plumbing
n




- Operating machinery such as a Mini Excavator and/or Bobcat Posi Track (where licensed/experienced)
n
- Undertaking a variety of tasks as required to ensure projects progress efficiently
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Demonstrated experience in the construction industry (experience with pools or concrete is highly regarded but not essential)
n
- Minimum of 10+ years construction industry experience
n
- Experience in concreting, steel fixing, and boxing (formwork) highly regarded
n
- HR licence and/or Mini Excavator and/or Bobcat Posi Track machine experience preferred but not essential
n
- A strong work ethic and the ability to work effectively in a physical, outdoor environment
n
- Honesty, reliability, and a positive attitude
n
- Eagerness to learn new skills and progress into a more specialised role over time
n
- Physical fitness, with the ability to handle manual labour such as lifting, digging, and carrying
n
- Possession of a White Card (Construction Induction Card) is preferred, or willingness to obtain one
n
- White Card must be obtained before starting work
n
- Reliable transport to work sites across the Gold Coast and surrounding areas
n
- Australian work rights
