AusCare Psychology is opening a up-to-date, purpose-built clinic in Hampton Park, and we're inviting experienced psychologists to join us as founding practitioners.

This is a genuine ground-floor opportunity: a brand-recent clinic, a generous split, and a referral engine built to fill your diary from day one.

What we offer

- Up to 70% of billings for fully registered and Clinical Psychologists — one of the most competitive splits available, because we'd rather invest in great practitioners than take a large cut
- A robust referral system from launch — we're deploying referral pads to GP clinics across South-East Melbourne and actively channelling new patients into practitioner diaries, so you spend your time with clients, not chasing them
- Full admin and reception support — bookings, billings, rebates and follow-ups handled for you
- Modern, well-equipped consulting rooms in a fast-growing, family-dense community with real demand for mental health care

Who we're looking for

- Fully registered Psychologists and Clinical Psychologists (AHPRA registered)
- A warm, client-centred approach and genuine commitment to quality care
- Provisional psychologists considered, provided they can source their own supervision
