Australia Post is seeking a friendly Retail Customer Service Officer to help Australians post, shop, bank or pay bills while serving local businesses. You will be the face of our in‑branch service, delivering essential experiences with a supportive team.

This permanent part time role (25 hours per week) requires rotating shifts between 8am and 6pm across Balmain, Rozelle, Annandale, Five Dock, Leichhardt and Drummoyne, with comprehensive paid training and access to Post Perks.
