Hotel Rottnest on Rottnest Island is seeking an experienced Venue Manager to lead operations of one of Western Australia’s largest hospitality venues. This high‑energy role focuses on food and beverage, live sport, entertainment and a busy events calendar, with capacity up to 2,500 guests.
You will mentor a large hospitality team, manage rosters, labour costs, and budgets while delivering exceptional guest experiences in a unique island workplace.
