About the role

We are seeking a Meat Sales and Production Co-ordinator to join our team in Toowoomba, Queensland. This is a full-time position based on-site in our Toowoomba QLD 4350 location. In this role, you will play a vital part in coordinating our meat sales and production operations, ensuring seamless communication between sales, production, customer-facing teams and contract processing site/s. You will be responsible for managing order processing, production scheduling, inventory coordination, and customer liaison, directly contributing to the efficiency and profitability of our business operations.

What you'll be doing

Processing and coordinating customer orders from receipt through to delivery.

Managing production schedules and ensuring alignment between sales requirements and production capacity

Liaising between production, logistics teams, and contract processing plants to ensure smooth operational flow

Tracking inventory levels, monitoring stock movements, and coordinating product availability

Responding to customer enquiries and providing order updates and support

Maintaining accurate records and documentation of sales orders and production activities

Assisting with data entry and administrative tasks related to sales and production operations





Contributing to the achievement of sales targets and operational efficiency goals

Supporting the coordination of delivery schedules and logistics arrangements

What we're looking for

Proven experience in a sales coordinator, production coordinator, or similar within the meat processing industry

Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously

Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, with proficiency in liaising across teams

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word, and experience with inventory or sales management software

Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational issues

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Customer service orientation and a commitment to supporting positive customer relationships

Knowledge of meat industry practices, product specifications, and regulatory requirements would be advantageous
