The Langham Gold Coast & The Jewel Residences, managed by Langham, seeks a People & Culture Coordinator to support the HR department and strengthen service and colleague culture across the property.
Responsibilities include employee engagement, recruitment, onboarding, payroll and perks, and employee relations. You will be the first contact for colleagues and candidates, reporting to the Director of People & Culture in a luxury, service-focused environment.
