Customer Service Consultant - Healthcare

We're looking for a Customer Service Consultant to join a friendly and collaborative Customer Care Team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong customer relationships, solving problems and working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, you'll be a key point of contact for customers and home patients, providing responsive and professional support throughout the order and delivery process.

- Hybrid working - 3 days in office, 2 days WFH

- Develop your experience across customer service, healthcare and supply chain operations
- Join a supportive and cooperative team

Responsibilities

- Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email and face-to-face interactions
- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Assisting with enquiries relating to product availability, pricing and orders
- Investigating and resolving customer complaints




- Coordinating product returns and processing customer credits
- Monitoring stock availability and ensuring orders meet required delivery timeframes
- Managing product complaints and adverse event reporting where required

About You

- 1-3 years' experience in customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce & JDE Oracle highly regarded
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Confidence working across multiple systems and sources of information
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
