Job Description

Compass Group Pty Limited in NSW is seeking a Chef Manager (Full-Time) to lead a team of 10+ culinary staff onsite for our Eurest workplace catering operation in Jindabyne. The role focuses on hands-on food production, planning, and service delivery.

You will manage stock, budgets, reporting, and staff development, while building robust client relationships and ensuring contract compliance and OH&S; standards. A Cert IV in Commercial Cookery and experience with full P&L; are important.
