Belgravia Health and Leisure Group is seeking a Fitness Division Coordinator to lead recruitment, training and development of Personal Trainers across multiple sites. Reporting to the Regional Fitness Manager, you will drive service standards and financial performance for PT units, while coaching teams to deliver exceptional fitness experiences.

You will oversee training delivery, marketing support materials, and maintain safety standards on gym floors.
