This is a dynamic position to work across multiple SCC locations, with the flexibility to work part-time through to full time hours.

meaningful role where your skills and presence have a direct, positive impact on people's lives. Every day brings variety and purpose, whether providing one-on-one support, coordinating memorials and reflections, or mentoring volunteers who contribute to resident and client wellbeing.

What you'll be doing

- Providing tailored emotional and spiritual support
n
- Supporting individuals through grief, illness, and end-of-life experiences
n
- Helping people connect with what gives them meaning, purpose, and comfort
n
- Planning and coordinating memorial services, reflections, and visits from community groups
n
- Sharing wellbeing insights through care planning, meetings, and documentation
n
- Recruiting, mentoring, and supporting volunteers who contribute to resident and client wellbeing
