Marsh is seeking a Commercial Counsel to join the Australia team in Sydney or Melbourne on a hybrid basis, with a minimum three days per week in the office. This 12-month fixed-term contract will provide commercial legal support across Marsh and Mercer Australia, collaborating with internal stakeholders and senior lawyers in a global organisation.
You will draft, review and negotiate contracts, advise on compliance, and develop junior team members while managing external counsel.
