DALBY Casual All-Rounder | Deliveries Warehouse Customer Service

This is a hands-on role in our Dalby Bi-Rite store, with the majority of your time spent assisting with deliveries and warehouse duties, while also helping customers and the wider team when needed.

Key responsibilities

Delivering appliances and assisting with loading and unloading

Warehouse organisation and general stock handling

Receipting deliveries + adding notes of confirmed deliveries

Greeting and assisting customers when required

Answering phones and directing customer enquiries

General cleaning and keeping the warehouse and store tidy

Helping the team wherever needed

About you

Holds a current manual driver's licence with no restrictions

Is computer literate and comfortable using basic computer systems

Is physically fit and comfortable with regular lifting





Can follow directions and instructions

Shows initiative and can see what needs doing

Is reliable, punctual and works well as part of a team

Is confident speaking with customers

Is available to start ASAP

This is a casual position, with days and hours negotiable.

Hours will be spread across Monday-Saturday, between 8:30am and 5:00pm, depending on business requirements.

Saturday availability is compulsory.

Additional hours will be required during our busy period from November through to January.

For the right person, there may also be an opportunity for the role to develop into a full time position.
