South West Healthcare is seeking an experienced mental health qualified to deliver high-quality assessments and evidence-based interventions within a multidisciplinary team in Victoria.
You will provide outreach support to consumers in their homes, residential care facilities, and other settings in line with clinical guidelines. Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse, with at least 2 years' mental health experience, is required.
