Skin Confidence Clinic is seeking a friendly, organised and creative Chinese-speaking Medical Receptionist and Social Media Content Creator to join our team.

n

This is a varied role combining medical reception with the creation of engaging bilingual content for our social media platforms.

n

Important: Applicants must have full, unrestricted working rights in Australia.

n

In this role, you will:

n

Medical administration and reception

n

n
- Be part of our reception team and create an exceptional first impression for our patients.
n
- Communicate cheerfully and professionally with patients in both English and Chinese.
n
- Answer and manage telephone, email, social media and in-clinic enquiries efficiently and courteously.
n
- Arrange, confirm and manage patient appointments.
n
- Assist with sales and process payments accurately.
n
- Maintain the reception area and overall patient experience in line with our clinic's professional image.
n
- Perform stock counts and order medical and daily consumable supplies.
n
- Assist with the day-to-day operation of the clinics, including opening and closing duties.
n
- Work across our two clinic locations in Teneriffe and Brisbane CBD.
n

Social media and content creation

n

n
- Create engaging bilingual content in English and Chinese.
n
- Assist with managing content across Instagram, WeChat, Xiaohongshu and YouTube, etc
n
- Design promotional materials, social media posts and simple graphics using Canva.
n
- Film, edit and publish short-form videos, treatment introductions and clinic content.
n
- Assist with content planning, captions,



scheduling and community engagement.
n
- Help maintain a consistent, professional and appealing clinic brand across all platforms.
n
- Keep up to date with relevant social media trends and content ideas.
n

To be successful, you will have:

- Full, unrestricted working rights in Australia.
n
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese.
n
- Friendly, professional and confident communication skills.
n
- A strong service focus and a positive, can-do attitude.
n
- Good organisational skills and the ability to work independently.
n
- Strong problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail.
n
- The flexibility to coordinate priorities in a busy clinic environment.
n
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
n
- Confidence using Instagram, WeChat, Xiaohongshu, YouTube and Canva.
n
- Video filming and editing skills.
n
- A genuine interest in aesthetics, skincare, wellness and social media content creation.
n
- The ability to travel reliably between our Teneriffe and Brisbane CBD clinics.
n

Experience is not essential if you are organised, reliable, willing to learn and able to work autonomously.

- Applicants should ideally live within approximately 15 minutes by public transport of our Teneriffe clinic.
n
- Staff car parking is NOT provided.
