Harris Farm Markets is seeking experienced Store Leaders to drive high-performing teams in a quick-paced, fresh-food environment. You will support the Store Manager by owning admin and compliance, rostering departments and keeping the back-office ticking so the store runs smoothly.
We look for leaders who motivate teams, drive sales, control stock and labour, coach staff and ensure WHS and food safety standards are met, while maintaining superb visual and presentation standards.
