Main Beach Bakery on the Gold Coast is seeking a Pastry Chef / Pastry Cook for Monday to Friday, 5:00 PM to 12:00 AM. You will prepare, bake, and plate a variety of high-quality pastries and desserts for evening service in a quick-paced kitchen.
Responsibilities include dough prep, lamination, piping and decoration; monitoring night shift inventory; preparing for the next day; and upholding strict food safety standards during cleanup and closeout.
