Sonder is seeking a VP Legal & Company Secretary to lead our legal function during a pivotal growth phase. Reporting to the CFO, you’ll manage two in-house Counsel and external counsel relationships, serving as Company Secretary to the Board and overseeing governance end to end.
You’ll re-architect legal workflows, apply AI-enabled tooling, and partner with Sales, Product and Customer Success to streamline contracting.
