Marsh is seeking a dedicated Case Manager to join our Plan Administration team. The role will be based in Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane and is hybrid, requiring three days a week in the office.
You will liaise with customers, executors, beneficiaries and professionals to manage claims for deceased estates, life, death, TPD and related advantages, maintaining confidentiality and delivering accurate case outcomes.
