Stepz Fitness Shellharbour is seeking an experienced gym Manager / Fitness Club Manager to lead daily operations, drive membership growth, and manage a high-energy fitness team.

n

This is a rare opportunity to manage a club, working directly with senior leadership and gaining hands‐on exposure to the commercial side of a growing fitness brand.

What You'll Be Doing

n

n
- Manage the day-to-day operations of a 24/7 fitness club
n
- Lead from the front with tours, follow-ups, and lead conversion.
n
- Drive membership growth and retention.
n
- Lead, coach, and manage Personal Trainers and staff
n
- Maintain high standards across member experience, cleanliness, and compliance
n
- Deliver and lead functional group training sessions where required
n




- Ensure the club is always tour-ready and KPI-focused
n

n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Proven experience as a Gym Manager, Assistant Manager, or Fitness Sales Manager
n
- Strong background in sales, lead conversion, and customer service
n
- Confident team leader with high personal energy on the gym floor
n
- Ability to work flexible schedule, including some evenings or weekends
n
