Nando's Australia Pty Ltd is seeking an Area Manager to lead 5–8 restaurants and around 200 Nandocas, shaping teams, culture and customer experiences with the Nando’s magic.

You’ll operate in the field, owning your diary and rhythm, and partnering with People Partners and Regional GM to drive performance, development and regional growth. This is a real leadership role that blends people, operations and commercial outcomes.
