About the Role

Drive rooms and conferencing and events (C&E;) revenue for QT Gold Coast through proactive sales, new business development, and strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business through proactive sales calls, site inspections and networking.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of C&E; leads and opportunities.
- Respond to enquiries, prepare proposals and issue contracts.
- Host clients and conduct site inspections to secure business.
- Grow and retain key accounts through great service and regular contact.




- Represent QT Gold Coast at industry and networking events.
- Keep CRM records and reporting accurate and up to date.
- Liaise closely with the Director of Sales, C&E; Manager and wider hotel team.

What You'll Bring
