Metropolitan Memorial Parks is looking for an experienced Events Producer to join our Visitor Experience team.

This hands‐on role will lead the planning and delivery of events, tours and activations across our memorial parks, creating engaging and memorable experiences for our communities and visitors.

You'll manage events from concept through to delivery, working closely with internal teams, suppliers, community partners and stakeholders to ensure every detail runs smoothly.

What you'll be doing

n

Plan and deliver events, tours and visitor experiences.

n

Manage event logistics, suppliers, stakeholders and on‐site delivery.

n

Coordinate logistics and on‐site requirements to ensure events run smoothly.

n

Coordinate event briefs, budgets, timelines and success measures.

n

Work with Marketing to promote events and drive attendance.

n

Build strong relationships with community, industry and external partners.

n

Provide hands‐on support during events, including setup, registration and troubleshooting.

n

Track event performance and identify opportunities to improve future experiences.

n

Coordinate approved film and photography shoots, permits and schedules.

About you

n

You're an experienced events skilled who enjoys bringing ideas to life and managing all the moving parts behind a successful event.

n

To be successful, you will bring

n





Around 4–5 years' experience in event production or a related field.

n

Tertiary qualifications in project management or events management is essential.

n

Strong event planning, organisation and time management skills.

n

Experience managing multiple events, priorities and deadlines.

n

Strong stakeholder and supplier management skills.

n

A proactive, practical approach to problem‐solving.

n

Strong attention to detail.

n

Confidence using Microsoft Office and event or workflow management systems.

n

A genuine passion for creating memorable and respectful visitor experiences.

n

Must have an unrestricted driver's licence
