We are seeking an experienced and motivated Property & Leasing Department Manager to lead our property and leasing team and oversee the day-to-day operations and performance of our commercial property portfolio.

This is a hands-on management role with responsibility for leasing, occupancy, property management and tenant outcomes. You’ll lead the team, set priorities, stay across day-to-day matters and ensure issues and tasks are followed through to completion.

Working closely with business leadership, you’ll also identify opportunities, solve problems and improve the way the department operates.

Key responsibilities

- Lead and develop the property and leasing team, including priorities, targets, accountabilities and workflows
- Oversee leasing activity, including enquiries, negotiations, renewals, tenant retention and the leasing pipeline




- Drive leasing and occupancy outcomes across the portfolio
- Oversee day-to-day property operations, maintenance, servicing and budgets
- Manage tenant relationships, communications and escalations, including Owners Corporation matters
- Oversee property marketing, vacancy promotion and leasing campaigns
- Maintain accurate property and leasing systems, records and reporting, including Cirrus8
- Monitor property, leasing and occupancy performance and provide regular reporting
- Develop and improve departmental processes, procedures and systems
- Support broader business and strategic projects
