Residential Plumber $110,000 – $140,000+ | Company Vehicle | Commission

GHS Plumbing & Electrical is looking for an experienced Qualified Plumber to join our growing residential service and maintenance team.

If you’re a plumber who takes pride in your work, enjoys fault finding and dealing with customers, and wants the opportunity to earn well while being supported by an established team, we’d like to hear from you.

THE ROLE

You’ll be completing a variety of residential plumbing service, maintenance and installation work across Melbourne, including:

- General plumbing maintenance and repairs
- Leak detection and fault finding
- Blocked drains and drainage repairs
- Hot water service repairs and replacements
- Tap, toilet and fixture repairs and replacements
- Water and gas installations
- Drainage and stormwater works
- Plumbing upgrades and installations
- Diagnosing plumbing issues and providing customers with repair options

Experience across general residential maintenance plumbing is highly regarded. Additional experience in gas, roofing, drainage or HVAC is a bonus.

We’re looking for someone who:

- Is a qualified and registered Victorian plumber
- Has residential service and maintenance experience
- Is confident with fault finding and diagnostics
- Takes pride in quality workmanship
- Communicates confidently and professionally with customers
- Can clearly explain plumbing issues and available options
- Is organized and capable of working independently
- Has a solid focus on safety and compliance
- Holds a current Victorian driver’s licence
- Wants to build a long‑term career with a growing company
