Business Manager ( Finance & Insurance Automotive )

We are a family-owned multi-franchise dealership located in the heart of the Hawkesbury and are looking for a motivated Finance & Insurance Business Manager to join our team.

The main focus of this role is to provide our customers with high quality finance and insurance products. This role encompasses a variety of tasks including:

Advising clients on various forms of finance and insurance

Aligning finance and insurance activities with the broader business plan

Securing competitive interest rates and financing programs

Ensuring customer satisfaction at every touch point

Reporting of actual performance against set targets

Communicating with sales teams regarding finance programs and advising on the benefits of the dealership's financing and extended service programs

The ideal candidate should have the following attributes:

A solid understanding of the retail automotive industry as well as the legislative requirements of the financial services industry





Availability for working Saturdaysas well as previous experience in a finance and insurance role are essential to be considered for this position

You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, outstanding customer service skills, previous sales experience and the ability to profile customer's needs

A positive and motivated personality which flows through to your operational style in day-to-day interactions with colleagues and customers
