LagardèreAWPL, the region's largest travel retail operator with 150+ stores across Australia and New Zealand, is seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager for our LivEat airport store. Join a quick‐paced, high‐volume environment and lead back‐of‐house production, people management, and food safety guidelines.

You'll own day‐to‐day kitchen operations, ensure recipes and portion controls, optimise waste, and partner with the Store Manager on staffing and sales targets.
