Club Lambton is seeking a casual Chef De Partie to join our team in the Newcastle region. The role supports us through the busy function season with an immediate start available.
This hands-on position requires delivering quality food across regular service periods as well as platters, buffets and plated meals for functions. The job offers relaxed hours in a rapid-paced kitchen, with a six-day roster (Mon closed) and a potential 15–30 hours per week.
