We are a busy manufacturing facility looking for reliable, motivated Casual Factory Workers & Machine Operators to join our team on the factory floor.

In this role, you will be operating specialized machinery and ensuring our production lines run smoothly. If you have a strong work ethic, physical fitness, and a background in timber manufacturing or cabinet making, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Operating specialized factory machinery, including CNC machines and edgebanders.
n
- Cleaning, prepping, and quality-checking cabinet making boards.
n
- Assisting with general factory floor duties, material handling, and housekeeping.
n
- Adhering strictly to workplace health and safety (WHS) guidelines.
n

We offer a stable, consistent roster with plenty of regular hours and ongoing overtime. Your standard hours will be:

Week 1 (Monday to Thursday): 6:00 am – 3:15 pm (4-day week)

n

Week 2 (Monday to Friday): Monday to Thursday 6:00 am – 3:15 pm, and Friday 6:00 am – 12:00 pm.

n





Current Overtime: Due to a strong pipeline of work, we are currently working daily overtime until 4:00 pm (Monday to Thursday). You must be willing and available to complete these extended hours.

What We Are Looking For

n

n
- Previous experience operating machinery on a factory floor (CNC or edgebander experience is highly regarded).
n
- Experience handling or working with timber, cabinet making boards, or flat-pack components.
n
- Ability to work early morning starts (6:00 am) and commit to a consistent roster.
n
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a team-player attitude.
n
