Salary: From $99,877 plus 12% superannuation

About the Role

We're seeking an experienced marketing professional who thrives on building relationships, influencing stakeholders and turning business challenges into impactful marketing outcomes.

As a Marketing Business Partner (internally classified as a Marketing Specialist), you'll act as the key link between the business and our marketing delivery teams. Working closely with senior leaders across the organisation, you'll develop a deep understanding of products, services and strategic priorities, translating business objectives into effective marketing strategies, campaigns and measurable outcomes.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading stakeholder discussions, uncovering growth opportunities and transforming complex business needs into clear campaign direction. You'll develop strategic briefs, guide campaign delivery teams and ensure marketing activity aligns with organisational goals, customer needs and market opportunities.

Duties

- Partner with senior stakeholders to understand business objectives, challenges and growth opportunities.
- Lead discovery and briefing sessions to gather requirements and translate business needs into clear marketing outcomes.
- Develop detailed campaign and project briefs, ensuring marketing teams have a clear understanding of objectives, audience, deliverables and success measures.




- Provide strategic direction to internal marketing teams and external suppliers to support campaign development and execution.
- Project manage multiple marketing initiatives from concept through to delivery.
- Coordinate integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, events and communication channels.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and act as the primary marketing business partner.

What You'll Bring

- Proven experience in marketing, campaign management, product marketing or a similar business-facing marketing role.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to confidently engage, influence and collaborate with senior leaders.
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate discovery sessions, develop marketing briefs and translate business priorities into actionable marketing plans.
- Experience managing multiple projects, stakeholders and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to connect marketing activity to business outcomes.
- Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Experience analysing campaign performance and communicating insights to stakeholders.
- A proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused mindset.
- The ability to act as the bridge between stakeholders and delivery teams, ensuring everyone is aligned on objectives, priorities and outcomes.





Desirable Qualifications & Experience

- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline.
- Experience within education, training or other customer-focused service industries.
- Exposure to CRM, CMS and marketing automation platforms.
- Experience working in agency client services, account management or business partnering environments.
