About The Role Our Sydney team are looking for the next big hitter. Our office is based in Seven Hills however this is a on-road role focused on identifying and securing profitable new business opportunities for truck and trailer rentals. You will spend your time in market with customers, developing relationships, opening new opportunities and converting activity into rental growth.

- Prospect, cold call and develop current business across transport, truck, trailer, hire, sales and service markets.
- Build relationships with new and existing customers, with a focus on converting activity into transactions.
- Identify opportunities to increase fleet utilisation and place more stock on hire.
- Convert one-off customers into regular repeat customers through consistent follow-up.
- Work with internal teams and dealer networks to support customer enquiries, quotes, proposals and rental activity.

About You

Role You are an experienced,



commercially focused BDM who is confident prospecting, following up and building business from the ground up. To be successful in the role, you will have:

- Strong background in new business development & sales.
- Experience in the transport, transport, logistics or fleet markets.
- Confident cold calling, prospecting and opening new customer conversations.
- Resilient, self-driven and comfortable working through rejection.
- Strong relationship builder who can convert customer activity into transactions.
- Commercially motivated, with a focus on utilisation, revenue and repeat customers.
