What You'll Be Doing

n

n
- Manage supply planning, demand forecasting, and inventory levels to ensure product availability and minimize excess stock.
n
- Use ERP and supply planning systems, including Sage and Netstock to manage and monitor supply requirements.
n
- Work closely with Sales and Commercial teams to develop and maintain accurate, comprehensive forecasts by SKU, channel and market.
n
- Analyze demand, inventory, and supply data to identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
n
- Coordinate supply requirements across procurement, logistics, operations, and international freight.
n
- Manage and monitor MRP (Material Requirements Planning) activities, ensuring supply plans align with business and customer requirements.

- Review and optimize current systems and processes, recommending and implementing improvements where needed.
n




- Prepare regular reports and analysis to support supply chain and business decisions.
n
- Proactively identify and resolve supply, inventory, and system issues, working independently or with relevant teams.
n
- Work closely with the Operations Director to align supply planning, inventory, and demand forecasts with overall business and operational objectives.
n
- Develop and lead the sales and Operations Planning (S&OP;) process for the benefit of all stakeholders.
n
- Ensure policy settings are correct to ensure availability of product in the prescribed markets whilst continually improving stock turns

Who We're Looking For

n

n
- 2+ years' experience in Demand / Supply planning, forecasting or a similar role, ideally within FMCG.
n
- Demonstrated ability to optimize systems and processes and drive continuous improvement
n
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and fault-finding skills
n
- Ability to work effectively independently and collaboratively
n
- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills
n
- Netstock experience is an advantage but not essential
n
- Proactive, analytical, and solutions-focused approach
n
- Ability to work onsite, on the Gold Coast
n
- Experience working with international markets or export distributors, with an appreciation of the complexities of forecasting across regions
