Programmed is seeking a Chef to join our aviation catering partner in Mascot, Sydney. The role covers cold and hot kitchen duties across early morning shifts, with AM and PM shift pay rates.

You will cook large batches, follow airline specs, uphold HACCP standards, and maintain a clean, organized work workplace. Applicants must have a Certificate III in commercial cookery, knife handling experience, and be available for a five‑day roster with Australian working rights.
