The opportunity Propel Health AI is healthcare data intelligence platform that harmonises and governs fragmented multimodal clinical data and provides contextual AI tools for clinical research, clinical decision support and population health management. Our customers include specialist hospital groups, CROs, research institutions, biotech and pharmaceutical companies, and medical device manufacturers.

As a Product Manager (Enterprise Delivery) you own the path from a customer's problem to a working solution that ships. You will be responsible for running enterprise customer deployments as well as delivering and refining platform features, informed by discovery you run directly with our customers. This is a hands-on individual contributor role reporting to the CEO working alongside the product and engineering team.

What you will do

- Embed with enterprise customers to understand their clinical, operational and data workflows, and run requirements gathering directly with them
- Translate what you learn into prioritised, well-specified inputs for engineering, and into commitments the customer can rely on
- Prototype alongside engineering and product, moving quickly from a rough idea to something a customer can react to
- Own delivery end to end across scope, schedule, quality and outcomes, including coordinating client-side deliverables
- Act as the primary point of contact for your engagements across clinical, technical and commercial stakeholders
- Maintain the artefacts that keep data-intensive engagements on track: delivery plans, status reports, risk and dependency logs
- Manage risk, change and dependencies proactively, escalating early and clearly
- Own the commercial health of your engagements including spotting expansion opportunities and work with the commercial team to develop proposals

What we need you to have

- 3-8 years experience, including at least 2 years owning customer-facing delivery or product in a B2B software environment
- Experience in a start-up or scale-up,



comfortable with ambiguity and a high degree of ownership
- A track record of taking requirements from a customer conversation through to shipped software, not just managing a schedule against someone else's spec
- Hands-on experience working closely with engineers, prototyping and iterating rather than handing over a document
- Confident stakeholder management with senior clinical, technical and commercial audiences
- The right to work in Australia

Nice to have

- Health-tech domain experience, with a working understanding of clinical terminology and regulatory considerations
- Experience from inside a CRO, hospital or health service for example clinical operations, clinical research, data or digital health teams and an understanding of how those organisations actually work
- Exposure to healthcare data standards such as FHIR, or to data transformation, harmonisation or integration projects
- Commercial awareness: experience working with commercial teams on scoping, change control, renewals or expansion
