Taking Shape is seeking a Store Manager in NSW to lead a team of seven, drive profitability and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The role requires dynamic leadership, solid communication and a passion for the Taking Shape brand.
The successful candidate will manage a Tuesday–Saturday roster (40 hours per week), foster a high-performing team, and ensure excellent service, merchandising and stock control while promoting the Taking Shape values across the store and community.
