In this role, you'll:

Working as part of a team delivering high-quality property information, land acquisition support and transport corridor management services across major infrastructure projects, this role will see you provide accurate property due diligence searches, support project delivery, and contribute to the effective management of Transport’s property systems and assets.

You’ll gain exposure to complex infrastructure environments, develop your technical capability in property systems and spatial data, and build valuable stakeholder relationships statewide across Transport for NSW .

About you

You will build and deliver reliable land title investigations, insights, and service outcomes in a fast-paced, matrix project environment with competing priorities and tight timeframes.

Your land titles, spatial systems expertise and stakeholder engagement skills formed across property, planning, surveying or government environments will see you excel in delivering accurate property information, maintaining system integrity, and supporting project outcomes within time, budget and quality expectations.

You're recognised as a detail-oriented and collaborative professional,



skilled at interpreting property and land information, managing data systems, and responding to complex enquiries, experienced in working with property systems (e.g. GIS, CAD or similar), land title information, and contributing to infrastructure or property-related projects.
