We're now looking for an experienced and commercially driven Regional Manager to lead our stores across Northern NSW and South East Queensland.

THE ROLE

Reporting to the Chief Retail Officer, you'll lead a geographically dispersed network of stores, empowering our Retail Business Leaders, Store Managers and teams to deliver outstanding results. This is a highly visible leadership role with responsibility for the safety, people, customer experience, operational performance and commercial success of your region. You'll translate business strategy into clear, practical action plans, develop high-performing leaders and create a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

- Lead, coach and develop Store Leaders across Northern NSW and South East Queensland.
- Build engaged, high-performing teams that consistently deliver strong results.
- Drive regional sales, profitability and EBIT performance.
- Develop and execute business plans that support sustainable growth.
- Maintain a strong focus on workplace health, safety and team wellbeing.
- Ensure stores deliver a consistent and positive customer experience.
- Monitor performance across sales, labour, inventory, visual merchandising and operational standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve performance, efficiency and ways of working.




- Build succession plans and develop future leaders from within the business.
- Lead business change and ensure initiatives are implemented effectively across the region.
- Partner with Retail Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Support Office teams.
- Support company-wide and local community initiatives.
- Ensure stores operate in line with company policies, procedures and compliance requirements.

ABOUT YOU

You're an experienced multi-site retail leader who knows how to balance people leadership with commercial performance. You'll bring:

- At least three n years' experience in a similar multi-site retail leadership role.
- A demonstrated record of leading high-performing teams across geographically dispersed locations.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience delivering sales, profitability and operational targets.
- Experience developing and implementing business plans.
- The ability to coach, influence and build capability in others.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- A practical, solutions-focused approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills.
- The confidence to lead change and drive continuous improvement.
- A strong sense of urgency, accountability and follow-through.
- The flexibility and mobility to travel regularly throughout the region.
