The Opportunity

In this role you will be responsible for effectivelymanaging and leading a team to successfully deliver cleaning services at Coles – Distribution Centre Redbank.

Work closely with your team to build strong relationships with our partner and provide exceptional service.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Undertake the general direction and supervision of the Cleaning Team members on shift.
- Participating in induction and training of new Team Members.
- Oversee the maintenance of food safety and hygiene standards across all areas of the DC,



while adhering to all Health and Safety procedures
- Ensure the correct use of chemicals, equipment and machinery by all team members
- Develop strong working relationships and a positive team environment.
- Work with team members to ensure work schedules are completed to quality standards, within required time frames.

To be considered for this role you will:

- Previous experience supervising cleaning team members, including roster management. Ideally in the food service industry or commercial supply chain environment.
- Current driver’s licence and vehicle (desirable)
- Build and maintain robust working relationships.
- Intermediate to advanced IT skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)
- Ability to work flexible hours when required.
