About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for Beverage and Front of House Waiter. Your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Beverage supervison
- Iberian & Mediterranean Food Knowledge training
- Professional table service
- Food and Beverage service
- European wine knowledge
- Strong Communication skills
- Beverage training
- Floor and bar customer service
- Section waiter
- Event and function organisation skills
About You
To be successful in your application for this key role you must be an experienced front of house professional able to demonstrate/hold:
- A current RSA certificate
- Valid Australian work rights are required for this position
- Experience in a similar role or in a Supervisory capacity for minimum 1 years
- Minimum 1 years supervisory experience managing a team of 6-10 staff members
- POS system & Booking system prior experience
- Stock inventory management skills
- A strong focus on customer service
- Desire to work within a close-knit team
- Beverage knowledge particularly wine, aperitif and digestives plus cocktail making
- Comprehensive knowledge of wine regions and varieties is essential for beverage service
- Bar experience is an advantage
- Floor section supervision/maintenance also essential
- Restaurant operations and system responsibilities
- Working closely with Front of House & Kitchen teams
- Hosting experience
- Private dining experience
