We are seeking a highly motivated and well-organised professional to oversee high-end property maintenance and landscaping projects across multiple estates in the Southern Highlands. This role offers the opportunity to step up and manage some of the most spectacular estates while working in breathtaking environments.
Key responsibilities
- Organise, schedule, and execute high-standard horticultural tasks across multiple estates
- Manage, mentor, and motivate a small, dedicated team in office
- Communicate effectively and professionally with property owners and stakeholders to bring their vision to life
- Apply deep industry knowledge to ensure the health, design, and pristine presentation of all gardens
About you
- Certificate III or above in Horticulture, Parks and Gardens, Nursery, Landscape, or Conservation and Land Management
- Proven capability to manage a team and coordinate daily operations
- Ability to manage time, tools, and schedules efficiently
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to build trust with high-end clients
- Strong, comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of horticulture
