About you





Our ideal clinician is someone who:

- Genuinely enjoys connecting with patients and building long-term relationships

- Takes ownership of their appointment book and patient retention

- Is proactive about treatment planning, follow-up and practice growth

- Is motivated by goals and enjoys achieving solid results

- Contributes positively to team culture and supports those around them

- Has a cheerful, honest, genuine and friendly personality

- Communicates clearly and helps patients feel comfortable and confident

- Works well with patients of all ages.

- Can work confidently both independently and as part of a team

- Is proficient across most aspects of general dentistry, or willing to grow!

- Has at least 1–2 years of Australian private-practice experience

- Holds current AHPRA registration and appropriate professional insurances
