What You’ll Do

- Manage and grow an existing portfolio, giving you foundational sales for your territory, with room to increase share of wallet with these customers
- Prospect and convert new business leads, allowing you to broaden your market reach
- Build and execute a territory sales plan, giving you and management clarity on the road ahead
- Deliver merchandising, sampling, and in-store product displays to boost visibility
- Provide product and sales training, enabling clients to lift their own sales performance
- Introduce new product ranges and drive successful sell-in campaigns




- Conduct joint calls with customers, where you’ll demonstrate best-practice selling and install and product know-how
- Maintain accurate CRM records to support forecasting and territory planning
- Some regional travel in NSW is required, giving you exposure to a customer base that is loyal when you nurture them

What You’ll Bring

- Proven success in increasing sales and territory planning
- Experience in selling to independent retailers, quality merchandising and sell through sales skills
- Comfortable asking a business owner to spend money with them to generate a great result
- Experience in window coverings is ideal
- Ability to sell products with mechanical or technical features; being hands-on is an advantage, but not essential
- An interest in interiors or renovations is helpful
- Willingness to learn; full product training is provided
