Working within a very busy gaming room, you'll be an important part of the guest experience and will be expected to deliver attentive, efficient and personalised service throughout every shift.
Key responsibilities
Delivering warm, proactive and attentive service to gaming guests
Building robust relationships with regular and new patrons
Maintaining an exceptional standard of cleanliness and presentation throughout the gaming room
Processing and delivering customer orders efficiently in a high volume workplace
Assisting guests with enquiries and providing accurate information about the venue and its facilities
Remaining highly visible and engaged with guests throughout your shift
Working closely with the wider gaming and venue team to provide a seamless customer experience
Ensuring all gaming regulations, RCG requirements and responsible gambling practices are followed at all times
About you
A current NSW RSA & RCG Competency Card
Full working rights in Australia
The ability to communicate confidently and professionally in English
Professional conversational fluency in English and at least one of the following languages: Mandarin, Cantonese or Korean
Previous experience in hospitality, gaming or another customer-focused environment
The confidence and energy to work effectively in a busy, high volume gaming environment
Solid interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of guests
A proactive approach to customer service, we want people who engage with guests rather than wait to be approached
Excellent grooming and professional presentation
The ability to work both independently and as part of a high-performing team
Flexibility to work across a rotating 7 day roster, including mornings, evenings, late nights, weekends and public holidays
