Bill Robertson Toyota is seeking an experienced Tyre Fitter to join our team in Gladstone, QLD. This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to work with a well-established automotive retailer.
Key responsibilities
Perform accurate and efficient tyre fitment, rotation, balancing and alignment services for customer vehicles
Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring each customer's needs are met in a timely and professional manner
Assist with general workshop duties as required, including parts handling and inventory management
Adhere to all company policies, procedures and safety standards
Actively participate in team meetings and training to continuously develop your skills and knowledge
What we're looking for
Demonstrated experience as a Tyre Fitter or in a similar automotive role
Strong technical skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve tyre-related issues
Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to communicate effectively with customers
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing high-quality work
Familiarity with automotive tools and equipment
A current driver's licence and your own reliable transport
