About the role
Fidler Industrial has an prospect for a highly motivated supervisor.
In this role you will be required to assist in the following,
Coordinating and managing team members on maintenance outages across a number of sites in the Bowen Basin.
Demonstrating a commitment to safety and provide leadership in this area to Fidler Industrial work Groups
Building and maintain relationships with clients
Attending client meetings to provide assistance/input in up and coming maintenance events as required
Actively manage individual performance of team members
Skills and experience
Demonstrated Leadership skills
S1 S2 S3 and G2
Trade Qualification - highly regarded
Previous experience supervising on a QLD Minesite.
Sound computer Skills
Sound Knowledge of Draglines and Rope Shovels
