Key duties

Transportation: Drive clients to appointments, social activities and errands using your own vehicle when required.
Personal care assistance:



Provide basic personal care within scope such as prompting, mobility support and companionship while following care plans.
Client-focused communication: Build rapport, follow instructions from supervisors, and document visits accurately and respectfully.

Current full Australian Drivers Licence holder and access to a reliable car.
