Gaffke’s Gardens & Landscaping is seeking a reliable and motivated Property Maintenance Worker to join our growing team.

The role involves completing scheduled garden maintenance across residential and care-package properties, with opportunities for additional hours assisting our landscaping team.

Key Duties
Lawn mowing and edging
Hedge trimming and pruning
Weeding and general garden maintenance
Operating hand and power gardening equipment
Maintaining a high standard of workmanship
Working independently and as part of a team
Assisting on landscaping projects where required

What We’re Looking For
Current manual driver’s licence
Previous gardening, horticulture or property maintenance experience
Confidence using common gardening tools and equipment
Positive knowledge of plants, weeds and general garden care
Reliable,



self-motivated and able to work autonomously
Valuable communication and organisational skills
Respectful and skilled when working at clients’ properties
Ability to safely care for tools, equipment and vehicles

Experience driving larger vehicles and towing trailers, horticultural qualifications, nursery experience or landscaping experience will be highly regarded.

We’re looking for someone with a strong work ethic who takes pride in their work and would like to become a valued member of the Gaffke’s team.

Pay: $26.00 – $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16.0 – 40.0 per week
