About the Role
As an Aged Care Worker, you'll provide compassionate support that helps our clients remain independent and comfortable in their own homes. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with personal care, including showering, dressing, toileting, and mobility support
Helping with daily routines and meal preparation
Providing companionship and emotional support
Performing light domestic duties
Following individual care plans and maintaining accurate documentation
Working alongside our dedicated and supportive care team
About You
We're looking for someone who is passionate about supporting others and brings:
A caring, patient, and dependable nature
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to work independently in clients' homes
Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing client needs
Essential Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need:
Certificate III in Aged Care, Home and Community Care, or current nursing/allied health studies
Current First Aid and CPR certification
A valid driver's licence and access to a reliable, comprehensively insured vehicle
A National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one)
Full working rights within Australia
