As a Service Technician you play a critical role in delivering our products to our customers. Working closely with our Sales, Marketing and Manufacturing Warehouse team you will be responsible for delivering in office installation, maintenance, and repair services for equipment and systems at customer locations.

The Field Service Technician ensures optimal performance, customer satisfaction, and compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Install, service, maintain and repair Konami gaming machines and associated products
Diagnose faults and carry out repairs efficiently and to a high standard
Attend customer premises as required, including on-call work outside normal hours
Provide skilled, courteous service when liaising with customers and venue staff
Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of Konami products and systems
Use hand tools and diagnostic equipment (all provided by Konami)




Complete service documentation accurately and on time
Travel intrastate, interstate and occasionally overseas at short notice when required
Support other departments and undertake additional duties as needed

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Essential requirements
Current NSW Gaming Technician Licence
Strong MS Office skills
Clean NSW driver’s licence
Ability to obtain and maintain a transparent Police Check
Professional communication skills and a customer-focused approach
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Highly regarded
Previous experience servicing or repairing gaming machines
Field service or technical support experience in a regulated environment
